Strawberry and vanilla pudding
Instructions
17240 STRAWBERRY PUDDING with VANILLA SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g ripe strawberries, 50 g sugar, 35 g flour diluted in a little water.
For the sauce: 250 GM of milk, 3 egg yolks, 30 g sugar, 3 drops of vanilla extract, lemon peel, 2 little liqueur to taste.
PROCESS Puree strawberries with sugar, pass through a pass and add the flour per diluted share.
Pour the mixture in a pan on low heat, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, then pour into a mold moistened with alcohol and keep it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla, add milk, bring to a boil, lemon peel and strain the mixture through a pass, pour it in a pan, place it on sweet fire until it forms a thin layer on the surface.
Let cool the sauce.
Put the pudding on the dish after you set the bottom of the mold, for a while, in hot water and wash it down with the prepared sauce, decorated with some strawberry kept aside.
