Bleak conce to lombarda
Instructions
Saute in oil and butter Chard and Mint clean and chopped.
Beat eggs with vinegar and pour, stirring always, in aromatic sauce; Add the filtered broth, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.
Fry the bleak flour; DAB well strain in a crock and cover with the marinade.
Serve it cold after a few hours.

- Flour
- 20 leaves of mint
- 1 handful of beets
- 3 fresh onions
- 100 cl of fish broth
- Butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 cl of red wine vinegar
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
