Grandma's pudding
Instructions
Soak the bread in milk and let it wet out.
Crushing by adding the melted butter, sugar, beaten eggs, rum, raisins and candied fruits.
Grease a cake tin and put all the mixture well blended, in the oven for 1 hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 500 g of stale bread
- 1 cup of milk
- 50 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 250 g of sultanas
- 200 g of candied fruit
- 4 eggs
- 1 dram of rum
