Chestnuts pudding to the ligure
Instructions
Peel the chestnuts, boil and remove the skin.
Pass the potato masher and collect the resulting puree in a bowl; Add the sugar, lemon zest, 1/2 ounce of butter, eggs and milk.
Mix well, adding the breadcrumbs if too much liquid.
