Cauliflower pudding
Instructions
Boil the cauliflower, leave it to drain, chop, mix it with white sauce, nutmeg, salt, parmesan and beaten eggs.
Grease and flour a mould, pour the mixture, Cook in a Bain-Marie for about an hour until it is very firm and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 cauliflower from 1000 g
- Butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- Bechamel
- Salt
