Mascarpone cheese pudding
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, stir in the mascarpone.
Whip egg whites until foamy and combine them gently to the rest of the cream, then add the chopped chocolate.
Halve the ladyfingers and line the dish where you want to serve the pudding, place at the bottom of ladyfingers one layer of cream and then another layer of ladyfingers and so on until the cream.
Keep everything in the fridge.

- 300 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
