Bread pudding
Instructions
Break 400 g stale bread and cover it with warm milk.
When is softened add two beaten eggs, a handful of raisins found in brandy and hot water, two tablespoons of candied fruits, three tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and stir well.
Put the mixture into a buttered mould and bake in a water bath for 50 minutes.
Turn out and serve cold, glazed with apricot jelly.

- 400 g of stale bread
- Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful of sultanas
- Brandy
- 2 tablespoons of candied fruit
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- Butter
- To serve:
- Apricot jelly
