Instructions

Place the diced bread in warm milk, add sugar, the raisins are wet and wring, lemon juice, the beaten eggs.

Grease a mould, pour in the mixture.

Cook in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 175 degrees about an hour.

Dilute the jam with a little warm water.

Put the custard and cover with the sauce.
