Peach pudding (2)
Instructions
Peel the peaches and cut it into puree.
Add sugar, amaretti crumbs and eggs previously beaten.
Grease a pudding mold, spolverizzarlo with chopped cookies and pour the peach mixture.
Bake in hot oven for about 45 minutes.
Allow to cool and unmold.
In a small saucepan, dilute apricot jelly with gin and pour it, when S cold, on the pudding.

- 1000 g of ripe peaches
- 200 g of amaretti biscuits
- 6 biscuits
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- Apricot jelly
- Gin
