Ricotta pudding
Instructions
Work the ricotta with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Combine the flour, candied fruits, orange zest, 3 egg yolks and 3 egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Serve warm.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of ricotta
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 150 g of diced candied fruit
- 1 orange (zest)
- 3 eggs
- Breadcrumbs for the mold
- Butter for the mould
