Instructions
Boil the rice in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Then, heat the milk, add the drained rice and let this, cooking, slowly absorb all the milk.
Add the sugar.
Stir.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Add the Citron pieces and unsweetened whipped cream.
Pour into a mold, with the hole, before wet with cold water and keep in the freezer until the mixture becomes firm.
Drafted and serve.

- 150 g of rice
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of whipped
- 25 cl of milk
- 50 g of candied citron
