Nutella rice pudding
Instructions
Bring to a boil in a saucepan the litre of milk with sugar, then add the rice and keep on the fire until it has absorbed all the milk.
Remove from heat, add butter, three tablespoons of Nutella, mix well and let cool.
Incorporated to the whipped cream and bake in a buttered pudding mould.
Put the pudding in the fridge for a couple of hours before we pull out.
Serve accompanied by a sauce of Nutella is made by heating in a water bath.
