Instructions
Whip the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture is frothy and white; combined with gradually ten tablespoons of marsala and put on fire sweet flame stirring; as soon as the mixture thickens, remove from heat and let cool.
Meanwhile the ladyfingers soaked intingendoli fast in marsala; align a layer at the bottom of a long rectangular plate; distributed on the surface the whipped cream spoon, stack another layer of ladyfingers soaked and one of whipped cream.
Keep in the fridge until serving.

- 8 eggs
- 320 g of sugar
- 20 biscuits savoiardi
- 250 g of unsweetened whipped cream
- Marsala wine
