Instructions

Do you boil 1/2 l of milk, then add 4 tablespoons of rain, 4 sugar semolino, a bit of lemon zest, 2 egg yolks and two egg whites, raisins and Citron cut into pieces.

Pour in buttered and floured Tin and bake in a Bain-Marie, fire above and below.
