Wash the grapes and centrifuge to produce 1 litre of juice.
Combine juice and sugar.
Mix the flour in a little grape juice without forming lumps, then add the remaining juice.
Put everything in a pot made of stainless steel and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Let simmer for a few minutes.
Remove from heat, pour the pudding into a bowl and allow to cool before serving.
