Greek pudding
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Pour in the semolina and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Pour the hot milk sweetened semolina and keep the fire for twenty minutes under cover.
Pour it on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of semolina
- 150 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
- 250 g of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
