Italian pudding
Instructions
Boil the milk with the vanilla.
Caramelize 1 tablespoon sugar into a mold from the pudding.
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar then add the finely crushed macaroons, chocolate and rum, stirring constantly.
Combine the milk still hot, mix again and pour into the mold.
Broil for about 20 minutes.
Cool and pour on the serving dish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 80 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 pod vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 5 eggs
- 1 dram of rum
