Instructions
Wash the lemon under hot water and spazzolatelo with care, and then dry it and grattugiatene the Peel, collecting it in a terrinetta.
Add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt, crushed pepper, cedar and herb butter to room temperature and mix with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Spread butter on a small tray, formed an even layer about 1 cm thick and let it cool in the refrigerator, then cut into squares and serve.
