Parsley butter
Instructions
In a bowl, soften butter, add the parsley, one tablespoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix.
Excellent cold on hot filet mignon.

- 100 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
