Instructions
Obtain a brass Turkish coffee grinder to obtain a very fine coffee powder; today on the market these items are easily found.
In the absence of the specific remedy grinder pulverizing the beans with an electric coffee grinder and then pass the ground coffee to fine sieve.
For each person you serve coffee, in a special Turkish Cup (copper pot from the bottom off and narrow-necked, with a long handle), pour a cup of water, two teaspoons of coffee and two of sugar.
