Valdostana coffee
Instructions
Prepares the friendship Cup, a typical Aosta Valley craft object with multiple jets, because you drink from the same Cup and then moves on to the next guest.
There are several versions of this coffee; so I prepare in Cogne.
Pour the brandy in the meantime put Cup the edges, add the zest and sugar by placing a little around the edges.
Add the hot coffee, sugar fiammeggiate along the edge; close the lid and serve.
Others put in place of the grappa Genepy and add dried berries and violets a slice of Apple.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 cups of coffee
- 8 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 cups of grappa
- 4 rind orange (or lemon)
