Coffee cream
Instructions
Mix a cup of strong coffee with a glass of milk and a packet of vanillin.
Worked three egg yolks with 3 tablespoons sugar and cook in a Bain-Marie pour gradually the milk and coffee.
Bake until the custard is thick enough.
Then serve immediately, accompanied by hot dry biscuits.

- 1 glass of strong coffee
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 3 egg yolks

- Some of dry biscuits
