Instructions

Place the softened butter and sugar with an electric mixer.

Stir in the egg yolks, one at a time, without working too.

Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, then add milk and lemon juice.

Merge to 1/4 of the cocoa.

Pour into a buttered and floured mold a piece of yellow compound, combine half the chocolate mixture, then fill with the mixture.

Bake in hot oven to 200 minutes.
