Squid stewed with timbale of polenta
Instructions
Clean, wash and cut the squid into rings, finely chop the onion and garlic, fry them in oil and butter to moderate heat and add the squid, evaporate with white wine, season with salt and pepper to taste and pleasure replacing pepper Chili, add the tomato paste and simmer.
Meanwhile Cook the polenta and fill a slightly greased cake pan with oil.
Unmold the polenta in a serving dish and put the squid in tomato sauce, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with shrimp.
