Deviled squid
Instructions
Please find the dried mushrooms in warm water.
Meanwhile clean squid.
Let whole bags and chop finely the tentacles, instead collecting them into a bowl.
Chop the garlic, parsley and mushrooms well washed and squeezed and merged all the tentacles, along with a pinch of oregano and breadcrumbs.
Add salt and pepper and mix with enough oil to get a soft compound.
Bags of squid stuffed with the filling prepared, then close the openings with a needle and thread.
Then heat the grill.
Arrange the stuffed squid on the Grill: spolverizzateli branding with salt and pepper, brush with oil and let them cook for about 30 minutes at moderate heat, turning often and brushing continuously.
When cooked, transfer ' devilled ' squid on the serving dish and serve hot, garnish with lemon wedges.

- 4 big squid
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
