Squid in the marche region
Instructions
Choose rather small squid.
If necessary, cut the tentacles, wash them in water, dry.
Heat plenty of oil with a clove of garlic and a little chopped parsley.
Add the squid, anchovies and de-boned salt and chopped pepper in moderation.
Let stand for 10 minutes, stir; Add the wine and a little water.
Continue cooking over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Serve.
