Instructions

The fish should be cleaned thoroughly and cut into rings.

In a Pan fry the garlic in the oil you will pour the squid and soon will dry their water, add the white wine.

When will this be evaporated there will the tomatoes cut into pieces, salt and pepper and leave to complete cooking for a few minutes again.

Parsley will be put in raw before turning off.
