Squid in barbecue
Instructions
Clean the squid, removing the eyes, the ink bladder and bone, wash them under running water and pat dry.
Emulsify the oil with the lemon juice and rub the squid.
Place on hot grill and cook well and bathing them turning them until they again with lemon and oil.
Prepare a mixture with garlic and parsley.
Arrange the warm calamari on the serving dish, sprinkle with the minced and serve them immediately.

- 4 squid
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Chopped parsley
