Squid in pan
Instructions
After you open and clean the squid, cut into rings.
In a pan Sauté garlic and when it is very colorful, pour squid when their liquid evaporated, add the white wine and allow to evaporate.
Then add the tomatoes cut into pieces, salt and pepper and let it cook for a few minutes and almost at the end of cooking, adjust salt and remember to add the minced parsley before turning off.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1500 g of squid
- 200 cl of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500 g of fresh tomatoes
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup of wine
