Marinated calamari

Put the squid in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Let marinate for two to four hours.
Peel and pounded garlic.
Take heat over high heat in a pan of oil marinade.
Put the squid and stir for five minutes with the spoon.
Add wine, garlic and cook again for five minutes.
Cover and cook over low heat for about thirty.
Add lemon juice, olive oil and parsley at the moment to bring to the table.
Served hot.
