Stuffed calamari in my way
Instructions
Prepare the filling by combining all ingredients, adjust the oil so dough is soft but not too greasy.
Wash the squid, pull the heads (I don't use them because my husband doesn't like them, but if you want to use the tentacles, chop and add them to the mixture for the filling).
Fill the squid with a spoon, push the filling at the bottom to fill them well.
Put them in a baking dish, sprinkle the pretzels a bit and put a little oil on it.
Bake until nicely Golden.

- 500 g of squid
- 1 shallot
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Ground chilli
- 2 spicy green olives
- 3 anchovies in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
