Baked stuffed calamari
Instructions
Clean the squid; shred separately the tentacles that are mixed with breadcrumbs, grana cheese, a little salt, pepper, parsley.
Add the egg whites and mix well; fill the squid and close them with a toothpick; arrange them in a baking dish, toss with oil and put them in the oven covered at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.

- 4 squid 250 g's
- 150 g of stale bread crumbs
- 150 g of grana
- 2 handfuls of chopped parsley
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
