Greek stuffed calamari
Instructions
After cleaning and washing the squid, cut the tentacles into pieces and put in a pan with the onions.
When they have absorbed their water, add 3/4 of the oil, salt and pepper.
Add the rice, stirring constantly.
Pour 1/2 cup water and dill, allow to boil until the water evaporation.
Put this filling in Squid, leaving a bit of space because the rice will swell, close the squid sewing them and place them in a saucepan.
Pour the remaining oil and water to half cover, simmer for 45 minutes until there are only with their oil.
