Calzone in puglia
Instructions
Peel and cut the onion into thin slices and let them soften in a pan together with three tablespoons of oil, moderate focus, not browned but drying area and become very tender.

Turn on the oven to 240 degrees.

- 400 g of basic pizza dough (see recipe)
- 350 g of onions
- 40 g of anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 80 g of pitted black olives
- Flour
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
