Chicken calzones
Instructions
Cook the mushrooms for 10 minutes with a little butter, salt and pepper and keep the cooking liquid.
Merge with diced chicken and seasoning in hot butter.
Narrow the mushroom cooking liquid add to bechamel sauce with chicken, mushrooms and cheese.
Derive from the puff pastry disks, fill them with the mixture, fold on themselves and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

- 500 g of puff pastry
- 100 g of boiled chicken
- 15 cl of bechamel
- 25 g of butter
- 80 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 50 g of grated cheese
- Salt
