Kelp and bean sprouts
Instructions
Place the kombu soak in warm water for about 10 minutes, wash it under running water and cut it into thin strips.
Boil in water with the addition of soy sauce seaweed for approximately 20 minutes.
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil extra virgin, combine the seaweed, carrots sliced thin and twigs, blow up for a few minutes, seasoning with salt if needed and serve.

- 4 strips of seaweed kombu
- Soy sauce
- 4 carrots
- 4 handfuls of bean sprouts
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
