Canapé with chicken livers
Instructions
Irregularly chop the livers and saute it quickly over medium heat in a saucepan with the butter.
Spray them with brandy and let it evaporate.
Add the anchovies, wash, de-boned and cut into pieces, adjust salt if necessary.
Season with a pinch of pepper, stir for a minute and remove from heat.
Lightly toasted slices of bread cut in half and put the livers.
Serve cold or lukewarm.
Accompanying wines: Valle d'Aosta Rosso (also ' Novello ') DOC, Isonzo Pinot Nero DOC, Pollino DOC.

- Bread
- 300 g of chicken livers
- 50 g of butter
- 3 salted anchovies
- 1 dram of brandy
- Salt
- Pepper
