Cheese canapés
Instructions
Hold for a few hours the cheeses at room temperature, then recombine them into a bowl and roll them into balls with the prongs of a fork trying to amalgamate them.
Divide the slices of bread in half, spread them with the goat and gorgonzola cream, sprinkle the surface with a pinch of chopped chives and then keep in a cool place until ready to serve.
Accompanying wines: Alto Adige Müller-Thurgau DOC, Orvieto ' classic ' DOC, Chardonnay DOC Castel Del Monte.
