Instructions

Cut the dough into squares and boil them.

Brown the onion in oil and butter, add the meat and sausage, chopped peeled mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.

Place the red wine and tomatoes, add salt and simmer until the sauce becomes thick.

Put a tablespoon of this sauce on each square of dough and roll up.

Squirt a baking dish with the same sauce and put the cannelloni; Add on top of melted butter and a few slices of fontina.

Put in oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted; Finally serve with over the rest of the sauce.
