Do the eggrolls for cannelloni with eggs and flour.
Grease the bottom of a pan thoroughly with the skin of the ham.
Add to bechamel chopped ham and cheese.
Fill the eggrolls in the mixture and arrange in a baking dish divided into three pieces.
Cover the whole thing with the meat sauce and place in hot oven to Brown.
