Cannoli
Instructions
Mix the ingredients for the dough, roll it out and cut it.
You get 12 cannoli, cutting the dough into diamond pattern of 10-12 cm from the side.
Wrap the dough on the metal torches and FRY.
Mix the ricotta with the sugar and vanilla, then add pumpkin and chocolate and use the mixture to fill the cannoli.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- For the casing:
- 200 g of flour
- 20 g of lard
- 10 g of cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of sugar
- Little of marsala wine
- For the filling:
- 500 g of sheep's ricotta
- 300 g of sugar
- 100 g of diced candied pumpkin
- 100 g of chocolate cubes
- Little of vanilla
