Poached anchovies in broccoli romano
Instructions
Open ladders anchovies.
Boil the broccoli and crush it with the chopped Mint and olive oil.
Pass the anchovy fillets in the egg, breadcrumbs and raisins and pine nuts; FRY.

- 200 g of broccoli romano
- 2 anchovies
- Mint
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- 30 g of sultanas
- 20 g of pine nuts
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
