Tasty cannoli
Instructions
Place the cheese in a bowl and knock it with a wooden spoon.
Insaporitelo with a pinch of salt, a coarse ground pepper, then add to mixture chopped olives (minus 12 you will need to decorate).
Put a slice of ham at a time on the cutting board, it is fanned out well, move over a strip of cheese and wrap the ham in a cannelloni.
Prepare all other similarly.
Attach each cannelloni with a stick that fit an olive stoned.
Served as an appetizer or as a cool summer main dish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 12 slices of fat-free ham
- 250 g of cheese with olives
- 100 g of pitted green olives
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
