Instructions

Mix the flour and the egg, then add the water a little at a time until a soft dough to rest 15 minutes.

Peel and chop the almonds.

Pour the mixture in spoonfuls into the hot oil to form of eggrolls.

Once Golden, lay them on absorbent paper.

Mix the honey with almonds and with the mixture fill omelets.

Wrap on themselves and form many cannoli.
