Breaded chicken breasts with red pepper
Instructions
Mix the flour with half the chilli and season with the pepper, flour the chicken breasts in this preparation, then toss them in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs mixed with the rest of the chili, FRY in hot oil and let them Brown.
Remove them and keep them warm.
FRY in a little oil over low heat the chopped onion, chopped celery, sliced and chopped garlic, add the flour, let it Brown and add vinegar, tomato puree, gelatin, broth and sugar.
Mix well, add the peppers cut into dice and cook over low heat for twenty minutes.
Serve the sauce with the chicken breasts.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil

- 1 onion
- 2 sprigs celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon currant jelly
- 1 glass of broth
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 large sweet peppers
- extra virgin olive oil
