Capellini with anchovies
Instructions
Scrape, de-boned, wash the anchovies and dice them.
Heat the oil with the garlic in a small pan, add the anchovies and stir until they dissolve.
Join now the chopped parsley.
Meanwhile Cook the capellini al dente, drain and pour into a soup tureen.
Pour prepared sauce which, before serving, you shall put the clove of garlic.

- 500 g of capellini pasta type
- 4 salted anchovies
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
