Capito on a spit
Instructions
Place for 2 hours in a marinade with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and 2 Bay leaves a gutted, skinned Capito and cut into pieces of 6 cm.
Make kebabs: 1 corner, 3 pieces of Capito alternating with bay leaves, 1 corner of bread.
Cook on the grill; just starts to drip grease removing it from the fire, turn it back around in the breadcrumbs and put it back on the grill.
Repeat the operation until it is golden.

- 2 leaves of laurel
