Porcini fondue with chapels
Instructions
Clean well the chapels of mushroom, eliminating any traces of Earth and other impurities.

Let melt the cheese, cut into cubes.
Insaporitelo with half a glass of kirsch.
Spread this fondue, hot, among individual plates, 4 well heated.
Place a mushroom Chapel.
Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- 150 g of milk
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 4 chapels of mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of white flour
- 1/2 shot of kirsch

- Parsley
- 1 pinch of paprika
