Cappelletti della nonna
Instructions
Cook the cappelletti in salt water.
Chop the chives, oregano, parsley and carrots and put them to cook in oil; Add the sausage and ground beef.
Simmer for about twenty minutes and then add the tomatoes.
Cook for half an hour so that the sauce is thick.
Pour the cappelletti in salsa and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta cappelletti
- 1 cipollina
- 150 g of minced beef
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 sprigs of celery
- 2 carrots
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 100 g of sausage
