Cappelletti fake
Instructions
Place the flour, eggs sgusciatevi, add the cheese and a pinch of salt, knead quickly.
Take a ball of right consistency, let it rest for half an hour, then mash and out into a thin sheet.
Cut it into squares by three inches.
Each plucked strong handle the two opposite corners above and those below so will look like in the form a cappelletto.
Cook in boiling water and serve topped with tomato sauce, butter and Parmesan.

- 200 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
